Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout the UK via Yodel. 

Standard Delivery is £4.60 (3-5 working Days) and FREE when you spend £40 or more online (standard delivery only). Your basket will reflect this automatically. 

Express Delivery is £5.60 (24hrs) for orders placed by 2pm and is fully tracked via Yodel.  All orders ship Monday to Friday. 

Outside of the UK we deliver to the following countries with DHL. Rates vary and are confirmed at checkout.

Zone 1: Ireland. 

Zone 2: Belgium; Finland; Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands; France; Monaco. 

Zone 3: Denmark; Sweden; Spain; Austria; Portugal; Italy; Vatican City. 

Zone 4: Croatia; Greece; Czech Republic; Hungary; Poland; Romania; Gibraltar; Liechtenstein; Norway; Swtizerland.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement. These requests must be receive within 7 days of package delivery date.

Hydralyte is made to improve your life and we back that up with our returns policy. Want to return an item? Hydralyte UK will accept, for return or replacement, items that are unused, unopened and in original packaging by the customer. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping*. For a full refund or exchange simply email within 14 days from the receipt of your original order. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded after 14 days from receipt of the original order. How to return or exchange your items:

  • Email our customer service team at to request a Return Authorisation Form
  • On receipt you will be sent an Authorised Returns Form
  • Package up the items including the completed Returns Form and affix the Freepost label to the parcel
  • Drop parcel at nearest Post Office or Post box
  • Once received and approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment
  • Allow 14 days for your return to reach us and the refund/replacement to clear  

*  Only purchases made directly from qualify for freepost. If you purchased your product through other retailers please consult their Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.
